Meeka Breault

Chief of Staff
Meeka graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu. She completed a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Touro University. Meeka gained legislative insight while serving as the Hawaii State House Minority Administrative Services Manager. She worked as the business office manager at the Plaza, Moanalua for two years before joining the council staff. Her background in management and relationship building makes her a great office leader and community connector.

Braedon Wilkerson

Policy Director
Braedon is from Wai’anae, O’ahu, and is a proud Waianae High School graduate. After high school, he studied politics and public policy at Liberty University in Virginia. One year later he began working as a political strategist and public affairs consultant in Olympia, Washington. He was elected as a National Delegate to three presidential nominating conventions, by two different states, Washington and Virginia. He attended the Leadership Institute’s Campaign Management School and began his career of managing candidates and political advocacy organizations. He returned home to Hawaii in 2021 to serve his hometown alongside Councilmember Tupola.

Kaiwiola Coakley

Communications Director
Kaiwiola is from Kohala, Hawaii, and attended school at Kamehameha Kapalama. He served a mission for his church in Manilla, Philippines, and loved the people so much he returned a year later under a communication internship with Unicef. He then graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo and entered a post-bachelorette program at the UH School of Medicine. He served on the board of directors for Waikiki Health and worked in non-profit healthcare for many years. Kaiwi was in the Pacific Business News’ 40 Under 40 class of 2019 and joined the council staff using his years of diverse professional experience.

Sarah Chee

Office Manager
Sarah was raised in Manoa on the island of O’ahu. She left Hawaii for five years and graduated from high school in Salem, Oregon. She returned home and continued pursuing education at the University of Hawaii. She became an organ recipient in 2010 and was the first woman in Hawaii to give birth post-transplant. She became a spokesperson for Legacy of Life visiting schools to speak on the dangers of addiction and the importance of organ donation. She has three girls and recently completed her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her resiliency and life experiences are exactly what is needed to serve the community with love and compassion.

Lei Llanos

Social Media Assistant & Community Outreach assistant
Lei grew up in Waipahu on the island of O’ahu. She attended school at Sacred Hearts and grew up serving in her church alongside her parents. She attended Portland Community College to study psychology and later returned home and was married. She is a busy mom with four children that are very active in sports. Lei is an ʻŌlapa (professional/competitive dancer) and alakaʻi (class lead) of a Hālau in Kapolei. She was recently crowned as Mrs. Hawaii United States 2021. She frequently returns to Sacred Hearts to serve and joined the council staff because of her love for the community.

Blake Ramelb

Content Manager
Blake is from Lahaina, Maui, and graduated from Lahainaluna High School. He is very active in outdoor sports activities such as hiking, surfing, mountain biking, and more. Blake began his media business in 2014 called BKreative Hawaii and worked for AM Boulevard Records, iHeart Radio, Lent Enterprises, and many other key industry players. He helps clients to implement creative strategies for weddings, events, music videos, campaigns, television, and social media. His creative ideas and content have grown his online following to over 150K. He is the creative genius behind shining the digital light on the team’s service to the community.
